Seller and scope

These terms govern purchases through www.defset.lv. The Seller is SIA DEFSET, registration number 50203605461, VAT number LV50203605461, Krišjāņa Barona iela 130 k-7, Riga, LV-1012, Latvia, telephone +371 27726222, email hello@defset.eu. A person placing an order is the Buyer. Consumer rights granted by mandatory law are not restricted by these terms.

Products and prices

The store sells audio equipment, synthesizers, speakers, DJ equipment and related goods. Main characteristics appear on each product page. Images are illustrative and colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Any delivery charge and the final total are shown before the order is confirmed.

Orders and contract formation

The Buyer selects the goods and quantity, supplies accurate details, chooses delivery and payment methods, reviews the summary and activates the button clearly indicating an obligation to pay. The order becomes binding when DEFSET electronically confirms its acceptance in accordance with the checkout process.

DEFSET may refuse or cancel an order for an objective reason, including unavailability, an obvious pricing or information error, failed payment, a technical error, inability to deliver to the supplied address or reasonable fraud concerns. DEFSET will notify the Buyer without undue delay, state the reason and refund amounts received.

Payment

Available payment providers and methods are displayed at checkout. The Buyer may also pay an electronic invoice by bank transfer where offered. The timing of authorization and capture follows the selected method and is shown during checkout or in its payment terms. An electronically prepared invoice is valid without a signature. Fulfilment may begin after payment is confirmed.

Delivery, withdrawal and complaints

Delivery terms appear in the Shipping Policy. Unless otherwise agreed, goods are delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. Withdrawal, returns and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy and its model form.

DEFSET is liable for conformity under applicable law. Any manufacturer or commercial warranty stated on a product page or warranty document is additional and does not replace statutory rights. Complaints may be sent to hello@defset.eu or the postal address with the Buyer's contact details, order number, claim and reasons. Unresolved consumer disputes may be submitted to the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre, the Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission or a competent court as applicable.

Governing law

Latvian law applies. Consumers retain any mandatory protection granted by the law of their country of residence where applicable. Neither party is liable for failure caused by circumstances it could not reasonably foresee or prevent, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
