Arturia AudioFuse Studio Rev2 is a premium 18-in / 20-out USB-C audio interface and desktop studio control centre designed for professional recording, production, mixing, mastering and hardware-based music setups. This second hardware revision retains the extensive connectivity of the original AudioFuse Studio while introducing optimised DiscretePRO microphone preamps with lower distortion, an updated Bluetooth receiver supporting aptX HD and aptX Low Latency, and firmware refinements for improved clock stability and signal routing. With four mic/line/instrument preamps, four additional line inputs, ADAT, S/PDIF, Word Clock, MIDI, dual speaker outputs, two independent headphone mixes, reamping outputs and an integrated USB hub, AudioFuse Studio Rev2 provides a complete connection and monitoring hub for a modern studio.

Creative Tools

  • Record up to four microphones, line-level devices or electric instruments through the optimised DiscretePRO preamps, which provide high gain, low noise and transparent sound for vocals, acoustic instruments, amplifiers and low-output microphones.
  • Integrate compressors, equalisers and other outboard processors directly into the recording path using the four analogue insert points provided on input channels 1–4.
  • Keep synthesizers, drum machines, samplers and external preamps permanently connected to the four rear-panel line inputs while preserving the front inputs for microphones and instruments.
  • Connect a turntable directly to inputs 5–6 using the integrated stereo RIAA phono preamplifier for vinyl playback, sampling and archiving without a separate phono stage.
  • Expand the system through ADAT to record or play back up to eight additional digital channels at sample rates as high as 96 kHz.
  • Connect digital recorders, converters and other studio equipment using S/PDIF, while Word Clock connections provide synchronisation within larger digital audio systems.
  • Compare mixes through two pairs of studio monitors using the dedicated Speaker A/B button, with independent calibration available through AudioFuse Control Center.
  • Create separate monitoring feeds for two performers using the independent headphone channels, each equipped with its own volume control and both 6.35 mm and 3.5 mm connections.
  • Communicate with performers using the built-in talkback microphone, or record quick vocal ideas, arrangement notes and guide parts without connecting an additional microphone.
  • Send clean guitar or bass recordings from the two auxiliary outputs at instrument level for reamping through amplifiers and effects pedals.
  • Use the DC-coupled auxiliary outputs with compatible software to transmit control-voltage signals to modular and semi-modular synthesizers.
  • Stream reference tracks and other audio wirelessly from a phone or tablet through the updated Bluetooth receiver, with support for AAC, aptX, aptX HD and aptX Low Latency codecs.
  • Monitor sources through the internal low-latency mixer and configure input selection, routing, cue mixes, clock settings and other functions through AudioFuse Control Center.
  • Connect MIDI keyboards, synthesizers, sequencers and drum machines through the included MIDI In and MIDI Out breakout adapters.
  • Expand a computer-based setup through the integrated three-port USB hub, providing convenient connections for controllers, licence devices and other USB peripherals.
  • Shape recordings and mixes with the included AudioFuse Creative Suite, featuring virtual instruments and software processors based on classic studio preamps, compressors, modulation effects, delay, filtering and reverb.
